Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and popular payment apps such as PayPal and Cash App. Payment instructions are provided during checkout.
A: Yes. Orders are created in our system at checkout, but nothing ships until payment is received and verified.
A: Once we receive your payment, you’ll get a confirmation email that your order is processing.
A: Unpaid orders remain in “Pending” status. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, the order may be canceled automatically.

Q: What are these products intended for?

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) & Testing

Q: Are COAs available for your products?

A: Yes. Many products already have COAs published, and others are currently out for independent third-party testing. Products in testing will display “verification pending” until results are complete.

We post all available independent third-party test results right on each product page. If a product is new or still being tested, you’ll see it labeled “Independent test results pending.” Customers can always make their purchase at their own discretion during testing periods.

Storage & Handling

Q: How should I store peptides before use?

A: Products should be kept in a cool, dry location away from light. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is standard practice. Since these products are for research use only, it is the responsibility of the researcher to determine proper storage conditions for their work.

A: We currently ship to all U.S. states.
A: Standard shipping is $9.99 (3–7 business days). Expedited 2-day shipping is available for $13. Orders over $200 ship free.
A: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
A: Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
A: Orders are shipped in protective, discreet packaging to ensure safe delivery.
A: No. Parcels are plain on the exterior with no product information listed.

Returns & Order Issues

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
