Return Policy
Overview
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we’ll always review legitimate order issues to make things right when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label is purchased.
Once a tracking number has been issued, your order is considered packaged and processed — at that point, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- If the error occurred on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will reship the correct item at no cost to you.
- If the issue is related to shipping damage, we’ll review the claim on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot refund or reship the order once it has been processed.
- If an address error was made on our end, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We’ll provide any shipping information needed to help with the claim, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved in rare circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
