Overview

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we’ll always review legitimate order issues to make things right when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label is purchased. Once a tracking number has been issued, your order is considered packaged and processed — at that point, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved in rare circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
